About

INSPIRE Psychological Wellness is a multi-state, telehealth psychology practice. We serve clients in MN, VA, DC, MD, NY, RI, and other PSYPACT states. We are in the process of expanding to CA and AK.

We offer services to treat general mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, OCD, and trauma. In addition, our clinicians provide specialized intervention and assessment in behavioral medicine and rehabilitation psychology such as helping individuals better manage insomnia, pain, GI problems, and neurocognitive sequelae following brain injury as well as weight loss, psycho-oncology, and smoking cessation. We welcome you to visit our website to learn more about our services, providers, and approach to psychological well-being.

Current services include individual psychotherapy, health behavior coaching, cognitive remediation, and pre-surgical psychological evaluations for bariatric and spinal cord stimulator surgeries.

Education & Experience

Our psychologists have each completed doctoral and postdoctoral training in various areas of expertise including rehabilitation psychology (including chronic pain, psycho-oncology, spinal cord injury, adjustment to illness and disability), health psychology (weight loss, smoking cessation, diabetes management, sleep and GI problems), neuropsychology (traumatic and acquired brain injury) as well as trauma, including medical trauma. INSPIRE’s clinicians have trained, taught and worked at institutions including the Veterans Health Administration, MedStar National Rehabilitation Hospital, Johns Hopkins Medicine and the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. We welcome you to visit our practice website to learn more about our psychologists’ experience, training, specialties and approach to achieving greater mind-body wellness!
