About

Be The Boss of Your Brain is an online group coaching program designed for individuals with ADHD who want to learn how to better manage their symptoms, improve personal relationships, and do their best work. The program is run by psychological and strategic professionals who are passionate about seeing change in their clients and know what it’s like to live with ADHD. They have designed specific materials to help you succeed, using psychology-based proprietary strategies and tools. Having access to these specific progressive skills, coaches to guide you through using them, and a supportive community to rely on throughout the process has enabled many individuals to improve their situations at home, work, and school.

The group coaching aspect of Be The Boss of Your Brain allows for a strong sense of community and a universal understanding regardless of your background. Whether you are an adult struggling in work and relationships, a student trying to manage their course load, or a parent raising children, the online forum provides space for members to connect and truly understand how each other feel so that together we can lead better lives despite our difficulties.

Be The Boss of Your Brain currently has two programs: Showing Up Together and Getting It Done. Showing Up together helps adults with ADHD advocate for better personal relationships at home and at work by building skills around understanding and expressing oneself, while Getting It Done is for learning better time management and organizational skills so that you can stay on top of things, feel accomplished, and do your best work.

Many adults with diagnosed or undiagnosed ADHD are not getting the help they need to get organized and accomplish daily tasks. Without the right skills and coping strategies, they can fall behind at work and home. Often times, it’s a struggle to keep their lives together even though they’re working hard to succeed in life and relationships. With Be The Boss of Your Brain, you will learn new self-awareness, task management, and goal achievement skillsets that will help you go through life with more ease and reach your greatest potential.
