About

My goal is to ultimately help my clients achieve the goals they wish to accomplish. I use interventions that offer not only symptom relief, but also a means to improve emotional connections to the individual and others. I have over 15 years of experience in treating LGBTQIA populations, depression, sexual health related issues, anxiety disorders, PTSD, bipolar disorder, chronic pain and other medical/ health Issues. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I offer telehealth psychotherapy and sex therapy at this time.
I offer a safe non-judgmental sex positive environment. I am a Certified Sex Therapist by the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapist (AASECT). I specialize in treating issues related to sexuality after chronic illness. However, I treat several sexual and mental health concerns that individuals and couples may face.
As a dedicated psychotherapist, I use holistic approaches where I treat the whole person and not just the symptoms. Clients who are in non-monogamous, swingers, polyamorous, and/or kink relationships are welcomed. Psychotherapy is a journey and we will take it together.
