About

When a patient/client calls to make an appointment, our scheduling specialist will first obtain insurance information. We participate in many private insurance as well as Medicare, but we do need a referral from a healthcare provider.  We will will determine benefits so that cost is known up front.  On the day of the evaluation, the neuropsychologist first will conduct a clinical interview. Based on the interview, medical records, and referral, the neuropsychologist will determine the appropriate test battery.  The testing will then begin, and it will take anywhere between 2 and 5 or 6 hours.  If necessary, it can be split into multiple sessions on different days.  The tests are non-invasive and non-painful, and the are administered in a one-on-one format by the neuropsychologist or a technician.  The test report takes between 2 and 4 weeks to complete, and it will be sent to the referring  provider (and any other medical professionals requested by the patient/client).  A feedback session also will be offered to all patients/clients to go over test results and recommendations.

Education & Experience

All of our neuropsychologists are doctoral level and fellowship trained
